Paperwork Pros provides business registration, compliance, and administrative support services for entrepreneurs, companies, non-profit organisations, co-operatives, and other entities operating within South Africa.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Compensation Fund Services 
• CSD Registration 
• Annual Returns 
• Company Amendments 
• Company Reinstatements 
• Shelf Company Sales 
• General Business Compliance Services 

By requesting our services, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete. 
• You are authorised to act on behalf of the business where applicable. 
• You understand that government departments may require additional information before processing applications. 

Paperwork Pros cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by clients.

All service fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

Government filing fees, CIPC fees, SARS charges, courier costs, banking fees, and any other third-party charges are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.

Services will only commence once payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Paperwork Pros reserves the right to amend pricing without prior notice.

Estimated turnaround times provided by Paperwork Pros are based on normal processing periods.

Actual completion times may vary depending on:

• CIPC processing times 
• SARS processing times 
• Department of Employment & Labour processing 
• Compensation Fund processing 
• Delays caused by third-party institutions 
• Outstanding client documentation 

Paperwork Pros cannot guarantee processing times controlled by government departments or external organisations.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate information 
• Supplying requested documentation promptly 
• Reviewing submitted information before final submission 
• Informing us immediately if any information changes 

Paperwork Pros will not be liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by clients.

Once work has commenced on a client's instruction, service fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered where:

• Payment was made in error. 
• Paperwork Pros is unable to provide the requested service through no fault of the client. 

Government fees already paid are non-refundable unless refunded by the relevant authority.

Paperwork Pros acts as an administrative and compliance service provider.

While we exercise reasonable skill, care, and diligence, we cannot guarantee:

• Approval of any application 
• Acceptance by government departments 
• Specific processing times 
• The outcome of applications 

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

All website content, including:

• Text 
• Graphics 
• Logos 
• Branding 
• Images 
• Documents 
• Website design 

remain the property of Paperwork Pros unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes. 
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. 
• Introduce viruses or malicious software. 
• Copy website content without permission. 
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website.
